NeighborTopia is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform.

Our Commitment

NeighborTopia is a neighborhood management platform designed for adult residents of residential communities. While our platform is not intended for use by children, we take the following measures to ensure child safety across our service:

• We strictly prohibit any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
• We prohibit the use of our platform to facilitate any form of child grooming, trafficking, or exploitation.
• We prohibit sharing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including through user profiles, discussions, messages, or shared resources.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We employ the following measures to maintain a safe environment:

• User-generated content is subject to community moderation by neighborhood administrators.
• Neighborhood admins can flag and remove inappropriate content.
• Users can report content or behavior that violates our policies.
• Accounts found to be in violation of our child safety policies will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.
• We will report any discovered CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

User Responsibilities

All users of NeighborTopia are expected to comply with our Terms of Service and these child safety standards.
