Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your NeighborTopia account and associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the NeighborTopia app or go to portal.neighbortopia.app and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.

What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Your privacy and notification settings
- Your discussion posts and comments
- Your directory listing
- Any saved preferences
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or operational purposes:
- Transaction and subscription records (retained for up to 12 months for accounting and legal compliance)
- Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be tied back to your identity
- Data required to comply with applicable laws or resolve disputes
Processing Time
In-app account deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
